I started my own business at a very young age and I'm doing quite well. As you probably assume, a job doesn't really matter to me as I already got mine and I can do it anywhere with an internet connection (running my own business).

The thing is, I'd like to try renting in some areas and live on a few different places until I can find the right one. I'm ready to pay $5000+ rent for a nice location with some VIEWS!

I'd like to be near the beach but at the same time the thing I love most is some nice views as I said, and areas such as beverly hills sound attractive because they offer a city view in most cases though its not quite the beach experience. I can't seem to decide lol

Any thoughts?

You want city views? Not ocean or mountain views?

You can pay $5000+ in rent? With so many people hurting you shoul donate some of that money to worthy charities. A public child care center perhaps? Boys and girls club?

It will make you feel better than any ocean / city view will. The impact that you will have on the universe will be imense and the positive karma that you will generate will bring you more.

Sure...we believe you. You couldn't make it flipping burgers at Micky D's.

Bel Air is nice because you have the mountains at your back and you can still see the ocean off in the distance.
