Wondered if you knew of any small boutique temp agencies in LA.
I'm registered with a few big ones, but I know the smaller ones have a select, but consistent clientele they can always depend on. With the national agencies you can get "lost" if you don't call everyday to stay on their radar.

Of course you need to call in everyday. You think temp agencies have nothing better to do than think about you? They're busy getting work assigments, making sales calls and networking so temps like you can find temp work.
I found one - Friedman Personnel. I found this via Google. I don't know what kind of work you are looking for - or what industry - but I would search Google.
