It's me again, I have another driving question. The other neighborhood I'm considering moving to is Los Feliz. On the weekend, about how long would it take me to drive from Los Feliz to the beach, say Santa Monica? Thanks again.

that would be on Sunday only. Friday and Saturday traffic is often worse than weekdays.

You're right about Fridays, especially the evening rush. But Saturdays? Seems like whenever I take the 10W on Saturdays it isn't too bad. Maybe I was just lucky...

Yes, around 30 minutes. I am a new resident of Los Feliz (but an "old" resident of L.A.). It's a sensational neighborhood.

please can you help me im staying at the travelodge in los feliz then moving on to the travellodge in santa monica how would i get there if i dont drive,im from england and travelling with my 17 year old daughter.

Try putting in your starting and end destinations in here: metro.net | Trip planning, transit services and project information for Los Angeles County I'm not sure where the Travelodge in Santa Monica is located, but it shouldn't be a complicated trip, although can be a long and crowded one at times.
