My speakers aren't that loud, but my parents seem to complain about it all the time. 
However, that doesn't even begin to compare with the SOB motorcyclist who decided to race up and down our street at high speeds at 1:00 a.m. this past summer! He kept it up for a good twenty minutes. Compared to that, the annoyance of someone passing by for a few seconds rattling the windows is negligible - but still jarring. Senseless noise like that runs my nerves ragged.
