I hate new country like attention ho faith hill.

Compared to that, the annoyance of someone passing by for a few seconds rattling the windows is negligible - but still jarring. Senseless noise like that runs my nerves ragged.

Cyanna, you have my sympathy in regards to your noisy building. I used to live in one and it was Hell. I was so happy to finally move from that dump!
I hear ya! I'll be glad to be out of this place in 10 days. YIPPEE!!!

Staring down lowrider homies in the eye while they're booming at a stoplight might not be the best idea, especially in an L.A. 'hood.

Wiggers in the burbs and midwest, OTOH, are just too Vanilla-Ice ridiculous not to point and laugh at.

Hah! You remember what it was like being a teenager and young adult. Everything has to be done in EXTREMES. When you play music, you play it loud!

Of course, I'm more mindful of it now because I know its annoying. But when I'm out driving on a country road, sometimes the silence bothers me so I need to listen to something.

Imagine living in the 50s & early 60s when cars didnt have stereos. It was just a am radio with 1 crappy speaker in the front center dash.

In order to avoid incrimminating myself I refuse to comment further on my teenaged 'extremes.'

Yeah, and back then the reason cars were so big was to have room for all of the eight track tapes!
