I am looking to open an office for mental health in South Central Los Angeles. We need to be in area easily accessible by potential clients, however, safety for the therapists and the clients is most important. I have a restriction, which is that I have to be in certain zip codes...for this office to be successful. The zip codes are:
90001, 90003, 90011, 90044 and 90062

Can anyone tell me of streets to consider? and Streets to absolutely stay away from?
Also, do you know of any offices...could be doctors, attorneys, accountants, or empty that may sublet?

Of those zips, I'd start with the west side of 90062, which is near Leimert Park, which is quite nice.

Next, I guess, would be the southen-eastern corner of 90001 by South Gate.

Parts of 90044 around 60th St are okay.

I'd avoid all of the 90003 and all but the freeway adjacent parts of the 90011, in my humble opinion.
