My email:

Dear Your Honor the Mayor:

As a lifetime resident of San Diego, I fully support the Chargers moving to a better city, such as... ohhh.... Los Angeles for instance. San Diego doesn't deserve them.

Respectfully submitted,
Fontucky

P.S. I voted for you

The Jags along with the Panthers are the last teams to join the NFL. So you think having another cities reject team will be a good idea? If they weren't able to work in a small city like Jacksonville, no way it will in LA.

I'm being real negative on LA fans because if you have ever watched a sporting event outside LA, you will see what a difference the fans can be. When I went to Chicago, I went to a Bears, Cubs, and Bulls game. The majority of fans knew each players background in all 3 sports. I'd say like 15% of LA fans can say that about which ever they root for the most.

Quite simply, being a fan of any LA / Anaheim team is embarrassing. When we actually win something, we riot. When we don't, we don't support the team. Only LA team I like are the Kings because most of the Kings fans I've meet are legit fans.

again, I will ask, how do you explain the selling out of Dodger stadium almost every game? They certainly do not have a winning team every year. You don't have to know the bios of each player to be a loyal fan I might add. Another team that is among the most popular in the area, as well as the country is the Lakers, of course they are stars almost every year.

Los Angeles is such a viable market that the anonymous Clippers make money despite being second-fiddle, perpetual losers. They even draw over 16K per game.

Thanks for the corrections, Fontucky. Were you once an English teacher?

If it's in anyway funded by taxpayer money, I hope any such deal folds.
