Wouldn't Russia be a better place for you?

The Aryan Nations cult is (or was) based in Idaho. The OP would be very happy there too.

The Aryan Nations cult was HATED by the people of Idaho and it is no longer in existence thanks to law enforcement and overwhelming public sentiment against it in Idaho.

Idaho had NO serious history of Klan or neo-Nazi activity until neo-Nazis from California started moving there in the 1970s. Idahoans generally do not like outsiders in hate groups moving there, especially from California given the general PNW view of California. We exported our garbage there ; it didn't originate there. There are people who still hold those views in Idaho but they are not organized any more than they are anywhere else.

Now, Idaho is dominated by Mormons, and some might consider the LDS church to be a "hate group" based on their positions regarding gays (and their former anti-black racism which they repudiated), but the OP has never declared any interest in Mormonism and his views don't seem to be Mormon-based.

OTOH antisemitism, racism, and ultranationalism in Russia are fully mainstream and acceptable.

[quote=majoun;16795103]Now, Idaho is dominated by Mormons...[quote]Idaho is 27% Mormon. Would you mind explaining how 27% of the population could dominate 73% of the population? (This is America, by the way, not South Africa.)

Yeah, but those who do are a "hate group."

Visit a Library said : "I saw a news report this evening on the local news about feeding the homeless for Thanksgiving. Now then, I'm in favor of feeding those who are truly homeless, and who are living on the street because of mental disease and do actually need help, but just like last year and years before, on television I saw people who do not look like they live on the streets, but who simply show up at these free food give-aways to feed themselves and their 8-10 kids for free."

A lot of homeless people visit libraries.

Let's simply be thankful that these organizations are out helping those who need it. Questioning ones motives to be at these events may cause them to be shut down. How would that be helpful?
