Hello there roomies I am from NYC and been a new yorker for 27 years, I will be staying with my grandmother and commuting to South Coast Plaza for work. I am doing this for many reasons but being with my grandma and saving for school out there are my main reasons. I have been to rosemead more then 10 times and love it every time and hate it when I would have to come back to NYC. I know it will be a challenge but I will embrace the new experience. NYC is not all that and a bag a chip, trust me.

....And do you really think L.A. is "all that in a bag and chips"? Just curious.

South Coast Plaza is far from L.A.

And where in NYC did you live?

Default Decided to Not move to Rosemead : (

Hello again roomies, its me again and I decided after all the 2 weeks worrying about the whole move that the best thing to do was not to move. It was the combination of the travel and congestion and not having anyone to help me there that I decided not to go after all. I will stay in NYC until I get my Physician Assistant certification (5 years) and then move out there and live on my own. Thanks for all the helpful replies and look forward in visiting Rosemead during the holidays.
