It pisses me off too. I used to work late and come home early. I'll admit I'd have my stereo on but anyone would only hear for it a couple seconds before I got out of my car.
Anyways, I came back one home late one night. DRUNK and didn't shut one of my windows (removed everything out of my car). The person put the note inside my car saying my music wakes them up every night. It was almost a threatening gesture to wait for my window to be cracked enough for them to do that.
No number or anything like that. I wouldn't mind the note if they gave their info on it. Now it's just an anonymous mouse fart to the wind. Anyways, I knocked on every neighbor's door i had in the vicinity but no one opened up to it. So I didn't change. My car was never vandalized. This was out in alhambra. Note leaving is more an asian thing i never got in in my home town (watts).
