As I am totally new to these places, can you please advise me again to plan my trip..

Thank you..
90032 is near East LA/Alhambra ... Cal State LA's zip code.

Well yes, that the address given is near Alhambra has already been established. As I pointed out in my previous post Google made a mistake. The Super 8 motel this person wants to go to is located on Washington Blvd near Culver City.

Hopefully the person who originally asked the question understood my previous post better than you did and is able to make her travel plans and have a good trip. I know if I were coming to L.A. for a visit I would certainly rather stay in the motel near Culver City than near Alhambra. But it all depends on where this person wants to go when they get here.

All you have to do is plan your day the night before and look up the public transportation directions on google map (assuming you'll have internet access in your motel room). You can select public transportation route on google map by selecting the little bus symbol instead of the car symbol.

I'm going to be realistic. Just don't take public transport. If it is this confusing just figuring where your motel is before you're in L.A., the public transportation system will not make it any easier. If it is at all possible, rent a car for your trip. The public transportation system is hard even for locals who use it regularly. LA is very spread out and I think you will spend more time asking people for directions than enjoying your trip. I would only say 'maybe' if you are a person who has traveled extensively and dealt with something like this before. But still, no.
