So what I'm trying to say is, its definitely possible. You're definitely right that 3/4 of the people here are trying to be make it big. Some are much more successful than others but even the ones that didn't have that much success are still happy and doing well, and if they didn't become a famous model they became a working professional in the entertainment industry which as you know is a very fun industry.
Give it a shot, I haven't heard any bad stories
