Echo Park Lake. El Dorado in LB, where my sister's family freed some ducks they raised, and who still come to them from imprinted recognition. It's cute. Huntington Library gardens too, but I think there's admission fees? Everywhere with a body of water there should be ducks though.

Lake Balboa has lots of water fowl including ducks, geese, swans, coots and cormorants among others. the tend to congregate near the children's play area as they are fed regularly there. also, the reseda park lake at vicotry/reseda has a large number of water fowl as well. i've also heard that douglas park in santa monica has a lot of ducks.
