I hear there's talk about making a lane in each direction during rush hour a bus lane only from downtown to the west side. I love the idea. It actually works in other big cities.Any thoughts? I can't wait to hear from you. It is the heaviest traveled bus corridor in Los Angeles.

from what i've read it will run from western to the border of SM. however (and this is a big however), there will be no bus only lanes within the city limits of BH through the so called 'condo canyon' in westwood. the worst traffic i've seen on wilshire is in this area, so i'm not sure what good will come of this.
