Depends on the line.
Gold line is probably the cleanest. Although, as a whole, the system is very clean compared to other systems like New York.

The Green line is the only line, railwise, I haven't used. But, as I understand it, the stations are incredibly noisy due to the freeway traffic.

The gold line is the cleanest but the green line isn't far behind and is almost as clean. The blue line is the dirtiest and the red/purple are in between.
