Thinking about Malibu for second third house, beach ocean view. It is good enough for some show business stars.

Actually, The Kardashian's live in Calabasas, and Paris was living in the Hollywood Hills last time I heard about her. But there are many other stars that live in the Malibu area of course..

If you're 6'4" and 194 pounds like you wrote on your profile, then I'm Wilt Chamberlain.

Something about Malibu has the old world charm with gracefulness of town next to ocean. Burbank and Los Angeles office contacts can come to Malibu. no need to travel into the big city.

Malibu is beautiful with regards to landscapes but I would never use the words "old world charm" to describe the town of Malibu.

It is mostly strip shopping centers that are no different from any suburban area in the U.S. Santa Barabara has old world charm, Malibu no.

For years Malibu was governed by LA County....and there was simply never the same degree of thoughtful planning or development that you see in Santa Barbara or even Laguna Beach.
