Hello,

I recently acquired a job in Valencia and my soon to be wife is currently working in Lancaster. Our combined income will be about 140K/year.

We are looking at making our first home purchase, what can I expect to spend for a 3-4 Bdr,2-3 BA home in places like Santa Clarita, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia, or Saugus? We would prefer a newer home. We are also aware that home prices have dropped since 2009.

PS: We have been living in Lancaster, CA for a year and want to get out of there. Thanks
