Are you aware of the Pegasus lofts at 6th and Flower? Or the Roosevelt at 7th and Flower(Lamar Odom lives there during the NBA season)? The Milano at 6th/Grand? All of that drives pedestrian traffic in the financial district during the evening. It's only going to increase once Target opens in January at 7th/Fig.
I was just basing that on my own experience, but you probably have more knowledge. Maybe it's just the part we went to, but there was hardly anyone there.
