I thought I would make a seperate thread for this because I thought it deserved it's own. These are various clips of Hollywood/Sunset Blvd. in the 1980s. High-quality videos I also found while randomly coming upon them on Youtube. Incredible look back into LA in the 1980s. I think that is the time when we (as a country) had the best tv shows and films. And most of it came from Hollywood.

Did anyone else notice that the video was shot in the middle of the day and there was no traffic?

Also, gas was $1.04!

Ah, so jealous!

Gas, in Ohio, in the late 90s was regularly under a dollar. I remember filling up for like 79 cents a gallon once!

I was living in Minnesota then. I remember filling up around the time for as low as 84 cents... I don't think I ever made it to 79..
