Of course it is, 14.2%

LA is at 11.8%, or 20 places higher (out of 372 total), so not that great either.

I don't think I said anything about roommates, but okay... Technically, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, and West Pasadena are outside of Los Angeles... Also, just throwing this out hear, but West Hollywood just won a national award for walkability due to the strides made on Santa Monica Blvd.
