I was driving thru the busway on the Orange Line and the red light camera snapped a pic of my vehicle. The ones along the MTA lines are run by the County, not LA city, so they are still in force.

I have no license plates on my car because it is new. All I have is the temporary tag in the right corner of my front windshield.

Are the cameras able to snap a picture of those temp tags in my window?

My answer would be yes, because it also snaps a picture of the driver.
Bob.

Hmmmm. I looked at the numbers on the temp tag. They are small. Time will tell. But it appears unlikely since most of the ticket photos I found online can make out the plate and driver, but are still grainy.

My friend had no plates on his truck for two years and blew thru red light cameras and fast pass lanes daily with no fear.

You can't post hyperlinks until you have a certain number of posts. 10 is the number, IIRC.
