I was born and raised in L.A. and gone for 20 years and miss it very much. How difficult would it be, for a 2012 college grad that will have a bachelors degree in graphic design land his first design job in L.A.?

who knows how hard it would be. job market is pretty tough out here along with cost of living.

me on the other hand am in the opposite position as yourself. i was born and raised in south texas, went to school in san antonio and moved out to LA for a sports job. my resume looks good now, but im choosing to go back home. most likely houston. cost of living is too much, and with the seasonal job i had, i have nothing lined up in LA at the moment worth staying for.

good luck to ya, send me an PM if you need to. LA is a great city, ill try and come back again later in life.

too bad things are not going good for you in L.A.. I heard the cost of living is high over there, The cost of living in San Antonio is pretty cheap. Thats one reason I have not moved from san antonio. What part of L.A. are you at?
