I went to college in L.A. And have lived there on and off twice. I'm being transferred for work after being in Denver for 1.5 years. And I'm happy about it - goes to show how weird Denver is.

I was born and raised in LA and I have left and gone back 3 times. Although now I currently live in Northern California. I don't like it here though and eventually I want to move to Las Vegas.

I have a love hate relationship with LA. The funnest and most exciting periods of my life happened in LA, I have been friends with the rich and famous and have some great stories to tell. But I am not rich myself and it's gotten so expensive that even on a six figure salary (which I make), I can't save as much as I would like so hopefully one day I can retire.

I miss LA some days but financially I can't justify living there anymore. Unless I win the lottery or there's a massive earthquake that causes the prices of homes to come down substantially (which has actually happened, many people flee the area after they experience their first major earthquake) I don't think i'll be back this time.
