there isn't any animosity. im from the bay (Oakland) and we don't care about whats going on in LA.. we are both different cities and have different thins about us

Different "thins"?

I've noticed you've been bumping threads about Los Angeles and San Francisco/Bay Area and you've been all over the Wilshire Tower thread, boasting and bragging about things some of us probably don't care about. Why? Seems like you kind of do care about what's going on here.

You're crazy. I've lived in SF and LA and peeps in Northern California dislike LA. They always seem to find a way to criticize LA and Southern California in general. It's really annoying. Meanwhile, here in L.A nobody cares about SF and Northern California.

It's totally dumb.

Outside of sports, I don't think the rivalry is serious and it is more one sided. Bay Area people, San Franciscans in particular just like to talk crap. It's sort of a pass-time in the Bay Area but it's rarely serious.
