Pickles lettuce tomatoes onions & ketchup one side; spread other side, cheese on top. Triangular fold with the buthcer paper, wrap it like a diaper. I also worked the fry machine when they made those krinkle cuts fries pressed from dehydrated spuds. The product would plop into the boiling grease, which would splatter on the teenage employee. It must have been hysterical to anybody watching.

Since half the people in Phoenix are from SoCal and have been for some time, we say "the 17","the 10", "the 51" and so on. There's In and Outs too.
