Just a note...and I don't know how it will play out against a popular team like the Lakers...but last Saturday I went to the Clippers/Bucks game and noticed that the tickets on Stub Hub dropped in price drastically on the day of game...200 level seats as low as $13 and 100 level seats as cheap as $27.
JohnG72 is right. I almost religiously buy my tickets on StubHub, and this is the case.

Prices are lowish way before (weeks, months) game day, go up drastically the week leading up if it's a highly anticipated game, and the leftovers occasionally drop drastically on game day, especially if the game somehow becomes less anticipated (e.g. Kobe or Blake injury, the mid-90's Clips show up instead, etc) and/or there is a large cache of tickets still available.

I Google. I pre-paid parking are about $15 but non-Staple parking.
Staple parking says $15 to $25.

FWIW on parking, theres various lots only a few blocks away that are $5-8. Its not more than a 10 minute walk from Staples to these lots.

Another FYI, I was able to get tickets for Monday's game against a very subpar team(Nets) in the Loge End section(100 level) at the front of that section for $39 on Stubhub. These are $65 face value seats.

Yeah I ended up watching the Clippers/Nets game too. Paid like 20 bucks for nosebleed seats but it was okay. Got to watch a good game, and after the game I even saw Shaq and Charles Barkley! Shaq walked right by me, he was like 2 inches from my face! Well, his stomach at least, he's a tall dude. Here be some pics:
