This is why no one cares if the NBA is around or not. First the players are locked out and then you are charged $100 to see little dots down on the court from your nosebleed seat. The players are bigger on television.

Stub hub has nose bleeds starting at $54 a ticket. After fees it comes out to about $62 a ticket.

There are single seats in the 200 level behind the backboard starting at $68(probably about $76 after fees).

Just a note...and I don't know how it will play out against a popular team like the Lakers...but last Saturday I went to the Clippers/Bucks game and noticed that the tickets on Stub Hub dropped in price drastically on the day of game...200 level seats as low as $13 and 100 level seats as cheap as $27.

For the Lakers game? Even without the Clippers going bigtime all of a sudden (they are, with Chris Paul, Chauncey Billups, etc. added to Blake Griffin), there's no way a Lakers game will offer anything of the sort.
Anything in that whole arena for less than $100 would be a steal for that game.

yeah, in my experience if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is s scam, so I am kinda leery of that. But to be fair, I'm gonna do more research on that

Lets start out with my entire statement, which conveys the point I was trying to get across:

These are the actual prices on Stubhub for this game right at this moment. Yes you can get many 300 level tickets for under $100, and no thats not a steal. Thats the actual going rate on the resale market. In fact there are currently about 20 listings on Stubhub for tickets at under $100 for this Saturday nights game Lakers vs. Clippers.

This portion which you chose to quote for unknown reasons is soley included to indicate that ticket prices may drop at the last minute if resalers are stuck with many tickets. I do not know if this will happen for Saturdays game or not. But I do know that there are commonly 3500-4500 listings for any given Clippers game on Stubhub. What that means is that the majority of Clippers tickets are in the hands of resalers and not directly available from the Clippers. This creates a situation where if resalers price tickets incorrectly, a whole ton of tickets are available at the last minute and it becomes a fire sale. This is what I was trying to let OP know.
