What's that white cylindrical thing on the roof?

Also, what was in that building before it was an Amoeba?

I've always liked this Amoeba and the ones in Berkeley and SF also. I buy CDs and DVDs less as the years go by but it's such a cool place. But it's a cool place for older folks like me. Kids these days just download songs or get DVDs in the mail.

Amoeba stores are very well-organized and staffed by informed people too.

Can't answer questions but vinyl is very popular with younger people. Kids these days download music or buy vinyl. I live right down the street from Amoeba and LOVE it -a little dangerous though, I tend to spend WAY too much $$$

What's going on with the Amoeba Hollywood store? They moved but are not open. The Amoebas in SF and Berkeley have already reopened.

Are they done physically moving? The last news articles I could find were from late April.

The Amoeba on Hollywood is reopening tomorrow at 6200 Hollywood Blvd. There was a piece on ABC7 last night.

Is there area inside smaller than the old store?
