I recently checked out Bing maps and noticed that they expanded their street view pretty significantly. It now has more recent photos of areas in LA and the Valley compared to Google Maps.

Google took a picture of my house in early 2010. Bing maps seems to have been early 2012.

Thanks for pointing it out -- I've been waiting for Google to show my street (I saw their camera car drive by years ago), but so far, no show. Bing's streetview has it, and looks like from around Feb./March of this year.

It's called Streetside, but IMO so far it sucks.

Yeah, it takes some getting used to. They don't seem as intuitive as google streetview, but I guess I'm just so used to using Google's version. Just nice to know there's an alternative in case google took a nasty shot of your house and you want to send a link to your friends/family
