HELLO!
I want to live in Malibu, so I was wondering is it a good place to live in or do you have any other recommendations, it can be a rich area, I do not really care, just please tell me.

Where be your job is?
What budget is?

It's a great place to live if you don't have to commute out of it.

It's pretty far out there, probably more convenient to the Valley depending on what part of Malibu you are in. It is something like 13 miles long, I doubt it will be what you expect it to be. But who knows I could be wrong.

The commute out of Malibu is brutal, but if you don't have to work everyday then go for it! What are you looking for exactly?

malibu is strange place to live, i m from there, movie people and old rich people its really cliquish when comes to social economic class. If your not rich the locals tend not to accept you. I always taught it was pretty lame , i saw this countless times through out my school years and out side of school with certain families , the one other negative thing that i could say about malibu is there not a lot stuff to do for kids , a lot rich kids here fall through the cracks here for some reason , i don't why but there has always been huge drug problem in malibu i suspect its probably because of the lifestyle of in the entertainment industry and it has some times lead me to believe that malibu and los angeles would be better without the gritty hollywood element

besides that malibu is all good , just stay away from bad people and you'll be fine.

Malibu is the absolute best place to live in LA as long as you don't have to commute every day. If I ever had to live in LA again, that or Palisades would be my only choices.
