So, you would seriously trust a parking attendant and do what s/he tells you to?
Next time, ask him to park it for you then.

Even though this was debunked by ferretkona already, it is STILL not entrapment.

Providing an opportunity to break the a law (hey, back into this parking space) is not entrapment.

The attendant (even if you were able to prove he was acting as an officer of the law), would have had to persuade, or otherwise compel you to park illegally, and then cite you (which does not appear to have happened here). To further complicate your argument, you would need to then prove this was done in some kind of malice (I'm going to show this atenant89 dude a lesson and have him illegally park here and then cite him), as entrapment must be an intentional act, not some kind of mistake, overlook, etc.

I hope everyone here realizes I'm broke and just want to get out of paying a ticket. Not the best thread for legal reasoning..

Clearly.

No one thought you were going to take a parking ticket to the high court over a $60 fee.

Not yours anyway!

Do community service. One hour service for each $10 due.

To contest the fee has to be paid plus court time. After the judge rules you might get money returned. None returned if guilty.
