There is a certain spot, in El Segundo, where you can see all the fireworks shows from Santa Monica to Redondo Beach if the weather is right. El Segundo puts on a great show and it's not beach crazy. But get there very, very early. I saw in the Daily Breeze today that ESPD is prepared to close off the Main St. and California St. entrances on the 4th if traffic conditions warrant.

i'll tell you one thing, if the evening clouds roll in all of those locations will have terrible firework shows.
