Has anyone heard anything positive/negative about the fountain view apartments in Los Feliz?

Perhaps a useless comment, but are they really new or really overpriced or something? I checked Google and Yelp but don't see anything. Also, they aren't even listed on any sites except just ones offering rentals for that area. The only thing I heard was that it has a good location closer to the freeway than most others.

I don't think they are very new, no. The owner said she has been living there for 9 years. They seem a bit overpriced, so I just wanted to make sure no one had any negative experiences with them before we lease with them.

make sure you check out the traffic on Los Feliz, especially heading east into Hollywood! It can seriously be a real bear with stop n go the whole way . Many times i end up turning on Griffith Park and wind my way around Silverlake/Franklin Hills to avoid the jam.
