1500 BLOCK W. 146TH ST
OR 1400 BLOCK W. 146TH ST

Would that be considered the "good" pocket area or "bad"

Looking to buy a Condo in that area,

Dont buy in that specific area. You want to go either south or West of your area.

If you go east you'll be nearing Compton. If you go north you'll be nearing South Central Los Angeles.

If you head towards Marine Ave further into Gardena it gets nicer. Lots of older Japanese and Korean people who've been there for 40+ years in that area.

Anywhere nearing Torrance or Palos Verdes or Redondo Beach is a good direction.

My house is in Carson, nearer Torrance and more away from Compton.

Yeah, helicopter searchlights are common.
