If he broke an internal work rule of hitting on people while working then yes, he should be held accountable. The law is the law, right? I don't feel the need to have mercy. Why should I care? Who is he to me?

However, it would be hard to prove that he hit on me since he asked for my age. He could spin it and say he asked it for another purpose.

If I recall correctly, I think once a cop in uniform sort of hit of me in line at a Chipotle. He started to ask me "if I found the area safe" or some crap. I don't really think it's "against the cop code" to try to strike up polite conversation with someone they find attractive.
