Let's say the whole world is on some Walking Dead, I am Legend kick and you are alive here in LA when people start turning into zombies. I mean specific to Los Angeles. Where would you go? What would you need to have? Who would you try to keep alive? How would you setup your life going forward? Would you leave LA? Or California? Let's have fun with this.

Hit the coast and commandeer a cruise ship off the marina. A floating fortress, all amenities, movable (if you know how to steer the thing). Drop anchor half a mile offshore and shuttle back and forth for supply runs.

Smart plan. I thought of this, be interesting to setup but once you got it, you got it. But if you don't have the know-how you'd have to find someone that does. I wouldn't know the first thing about a cruise ship and would probably sabotage the whole plan, LOL!

And before anyone says it, yes, I'm watching too much tv. But just thought it would be fun to hear people's thoughts on this.

I'd "opt out." Better to be dead than have to deal with what the walking dead folks go through.

LOL, yeah, a couple of them did too! That's a respectable option, shoot, sometimes I watch that show and I think I'd be tired of running, shooting and looking over my shoulder all the time!

I'd take my copy of A Zombie Survival Guide, re-read the crap out of it. Stock up on some guns, board my apartment up, because I pay way too much money for it, stock up on food, and then probably die anyway...

Stay around and admire the scenery, and try not to die.

Get to one of the islands off of the coast. Together with a band of scrappy survivors and Nathan Fillion, I will kill off all of the zombies on the island and live on in relative peace.

I bought a "survivalist" package off of Amazon that has hundreds (or maybe dozens... I bought it a long time ago) of seeds so I can start an edible garden/farm if I need to (it sits in the back of my fridge and is supposedly good for 30 years). I'll probably bring that with me. You're welcome.

Luckily, I currently train for the zombie apocalypse by running while listening to my "Zombies, Run!" app, so I'm pretty well prepared. Again, you're welcome.

This has been my favorite question on CD. Just thinking about it makes me want to get a crossbow. Do they sell those on Amazon?

2 seconds later: OMG, they do! http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_no...words=crossbow

You really have a Zombie survival guide? So you'd "I am Legend" it more than find others and try to live on your own...interesting. You'd get lonely man! LOL
