I'm a quiet 39 year old disabled lady seeking a quiet 1 bedroom apartment, or guest house, in either Alhambra, San Gabriel, Pasadena, South Pasadena, or Temple City. I am NOT looking for a roommate. The maximum rent I can pay is $990.00 a month. I would be living alone, I have not pets, I don't smoke or do drugs, and I have good credit. I am partially-sighted, so I am unable to drive and I don't have a car. Due to my disability, my family, who live in San Gabriel area, pay for a large portion of my rent. They are willing to be co-signers on a lease. I always pay my rent on time, which can be verified by my current and previous landlords.
I am seeking an apartment in a quiet building, that is not on a busy street, and not next to a freeway. I do have one specific request as far as the inside of the apartment. Due to my eye issues, I need an apartment that has a regular ceiling light in the bedroom. If there's a ceiling fan that has lights on it, that would not work. I need a regular ceiling light. It would also be great to find a place that has good windows for blocking out noise, but that's not a requirement.
If you have a place, please call me ASAP. I need to be totally moved out by February 1, but I'd like to make a decision on the apartment by January 20, 2013. My number is 626-203-7810, or email me. Thank you!

Is it possible for you to get a realtor to help you out? My sister and brother in law are in the Pasadena/South Pas area and own a condo that's being currently rented; they may know someone wanting to rent a one bedroom. I'll check into it.
