Traffic Nightmare: Coldwater Canyon Will Be Closed For A Month: LAist

3/23-4/26 from Ventura to Mulholland from 8:30 am til 7 pm M-F, til 6 pm on Sat. One lane will be open on Sunday and at night.

That is a nightmare. Beverly Glen and Laurel Canyon are already pretty stressed. I'm going to assume Beverly glen is going to get the brunt of the traffic. I guess people can go up Benedict Canyon but that dead ends at Mulholland, so they'll have to divert to beverly glen or laurel canyon.

Yes, Bev Glen will no doubt take a lot of it. Mornings might be okay since CC won't be closed until 8:30 - but evenings will be another story.
