Or do you agree with the NIMBYs that's its going to ruin the history of Hollywood?

I support the project, though would like to see it lowered to between 300-500 feet. The ground floor layout looks great, and a huge improvement over what is currently there (two parking lots).

Even at its proposed height, it ain't going to ruin anything. It will just look silly.

I'm more excited about Blvd 6200 though, it will completely change the Hollywood / Gower area for the better, extending the tourist-friendly zone a few hundred yards to the east. Phase 1 has just about reached street level, can't wait to find out what kind of retail the neighborhood is getting.

I'm excited for how Hollywood will look like in the next five years. Its rediclous how the NIMBYs are arguing that the buildings will block their view of the Hollywood sign, lol.

It looks like the developers are designing for high density along Hollywood/Sunset/Vine/La Brea block

I'm for it. High density developments are going to be built in our city anyway and Hollywood is one of the few areas that already has most of the infrastructure in place to support it.
