violent tendencies is an elusive term. violent incidents involving police weapons and drugs would probably be a more solid basis of challenging a rental agreement.

Will the Dodgers win tomorrow if they score 3 runs? What? Not enough information?

What is "violent tendencies"? Did he commit an act of violence or not?

Here is some information

1. Is your building under LA RSO? If yes, here is the list of reasons that landlords can use evict you
http://lahd.lacity.org/lahdinternet/...language=en-US
The one that looks like it may apply is:
Quote:
3. The tenant is committing or permitting to exist a nuisance in, or is causing damage to, the rental unit, or to the appurtenances thereof, or to the common areas of the complex containing the rental unit, or is creating an unreasonable interference with the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of any of the other residents of the same or adjacent buildings.
2. Do you have a lease? If so, and you do not live in a RSO building, you can be evicted at the end of the lease for any reason. If you are on a month-to-month, you can be evicted with 30 days notice if you have been there less than a year or 60 days notice if you have been there longer than a year.
