It is when I read things like this that I realize that my voice has not been heard in Sacramento (not for lack of trying). It is also one of the reasons that I want to get out of this state. I am appalled at the level to which these groups have taken their agenda. To force their views on school aged children without allowing parental involvement is completely wrong.

That source has motives other than reporting accurate details of the bill.

It's actually a complete joke as is most of the articles on that site.
The sad part is the website's name that sounds reputable and people may believe articles posted.

Here is a link to sb777 without the misinformation and opinions, just the facts:

SB 777 Senate Bill - INTRODUCED

Is there an article from a source other than WorldNetDaily?

I actually read the bill, and the only thing it does is add sexual orientation to the list of classes you're not allowed to discriminate against. There's absolutely nothing about same-sex locker rooms or Mom and Dad or any of the other lies and nonsense the paranoid pundits have cooked up.

I am very disappointed in Arnold. My kids are not school aged yet, but this is precisely why we are NOT going to send them to public schools. I will probably home-school them since I used to be a teacher anyway. I don't need my kids learning to read by practicing with stories of "Sally Goes to the Market with her Two Dads." We want to teach our children about the sacredness of the marriage bond between a man and a woman, and we don't need to government and liberal special interest agendas interfering with our goal of raising our children according to our faith. Just because homosexual activity has become normalized, doesn't make it morally acceptable. Like any issue, we teach our children "love the sinner, hate the sin."
