Someone had their dog taken while pumping gas in Highland Park.
Here is a link to the info, and a picture of the person who supposedly stole the dog.
If you have any info, or can recognize the lady in the picture, I guess you can contact the owner by email after reading the ad that was placed.
I have no connection to the owner of this dog.
I just wanted to help by placing the on the ad cd forum.

HAS ANYONE SEEN LADY OR ANYONE WHO GOT A NEW SMALL WHITE DOG??$5000

Bob.

How do they know she took the dog? This doesn't make much sense without that info.

I don't have any idea how they know this woman took the dog, but my guess is they saw her take it.
By the looks of the picture of her, it was the video that the store has.
I think maybe the dogs owner spotted the woman stealing the dog, and then went in and asked the store owner if she could view the video to see if the woman was on it.
Cute pup.
I sure hope they find it, and the woman gets prosecuted for stealing it.
Bob.
