You took the words right out of my mouth!

Also, pretty amazing the richness of culture that is evident musically and gastronomically. Who knew?

I can see the area bounded by Washington, Jefferson, Grand and Central eventually gentrifying a bit. Close to the Blue Line and Expo Lines (and perhaps to the east a line that go toward Santa Ana), attractive housing stock, immediately adjacent to South Park and DTLA, adjacent to USC.

Yea Sinatra and the Rat Pak used to go down to Central Ave for after hours partying. I think some people that Mexicans are destroying the culture all over LA but I disagree

I dont remember saying anyones name. I clarified whoever said it, that there is no such thing as "south of the 110 fwy", since itself runs in north and south directions. Are you or someone, else, sure youre not trying to confuse us both? And why is this such an issue for you??

Not an issue to me, just trying to set the facts straight. But your post was confusing as you tried to lump me together with another poster. Perhaps it would have been better if you had addressed both posts separately, because you are confusing yourself right now.

My how full of 'charm' and generalizations you are. There is no need to compare apples to oranges. And going by your unfamiliarity with the freeway designations so misnamed in you original post, I am skeptical as to how much experience you have with living in the area you are so eager to condemn...
That's what you said directly in a reply to me. I could care less, but looks like you are the confused one here.

Could be - has transit, vibrancy and is walkable. Problem is it is a little bit isolated from the rest of the city (though very close to eastern suburbs, which is a plus).

Ok you win, even though you said directly, "Not an issue to me... I could care less..."
Yeah sure. Wish I knew what you won though.

Well you were the one trying to tell me to read it again slowly and that I was wrong. Just getting your facts straight.
