Looking into 2BR & 3BR condos in South Bay and this complex has 7 available right now. It's a large complex with many buildings on or near S. Prospect. Anyone know anyone who lives there? It seems cheaper than anywhere else in RB including N. Redondo and is with walking distance to the beach and pier. I'm curious to why, a good bang for the buck or too good to be true?

Are you talking about "the village".... there is major redevelopment plans for the pier. Chances are that the ocean views for many condo owners in the village will be blocked due to the new planned hotels, malls etc.
