Does anyone know how to get through the EDD loop who is no longer working/living in CA? They tell you to use Eapply4UI, ask you 3 questions in order to file a claim, but then the next page tells you to call the number. But the number just says "we are currently receiving too many calls to answer... Thank you, Good-bye." How does anyone out of state file a claim? I worked in CA for 16 years.

They're very good. EDD is the most asked about for help.
