Depending on the neighborhood, you have to be careful on Halloween not to hit the kiddles in costume.

Kids usually stay home on Valentine's night.

The reason why I said Valentine's Day traffic is worse is because last year Pico Blvd was like a parking lot from Century City to the 405. Google Maps showed Pico with nothing but those red and black lines that you usually only see right before the 405 during rush hour. It was messed up.

Halloween was bad the other night. A lot of my co-workers that have kids left work early. I took a lot of side streets on the Westside, which helped. Some families were walking across the streets without flashlights though. Not a good idea during rush hour.

Pico is like a parking lot from Century City to the 405 in general.
