I will be in LA during independence day, and it will be my first time there.
Where is the best place to celebrate it throughout the day and the night?
Any decent beach parties and recommended clubs?

Thanks.

Grand Park in DTLA has a pretty good celebration. Then you could walk to some of the bars in the area.

Marina Del Rey usually has a show

Also, check out LA Weekly's calendar

If you like the beaches, would recommend the Venice/Santa Monica area preferably North of the SaMo pier. Got to get there early with provisions and prepare to stay late. It will be extremely crowded.
