my friend says he just got a job getting people to sign petitions , i just moved here and will be looking for work . is this a legit job ? has anyone done anything similar ? thanks

I hate those people...they're so manipulative, lol. They'll lie through their teeth to get you to sign and usually don't know crap about their issues if you start to argue them on it. The people outside the grocery store every damn day, whining about the new developments in SM...are the just the worst people.

Sorry, hijacking your thread to complain, haha. If your friend doesn't mind being hated then go for it.

If the parking lot they were petitioning in wasn't developed and was raw vacant land, they'd have nowhere to petition people and they'd be out of a job
Maybe you could make that argument if they are antidevelopment.

Also where will the rich live?...in some crappy old 1960s asbestos filled apartment? Don't they deserve to live in some new ecofriendly green construction? ..they are job creators after all.
