Climate change and sea rising is happening faster than anyone expected. Many areas in California are at great risk of ending up underwater. I read San Diego and and San Francisco are in high risk area. Much of southern CA too. Question, where will it be safe to live in SC in the future?

Much stop taking FOX News Literally. They are bought and paid for by the Koch Brothers, who own many of the fossil fuel companies like Monsanto.

The buyers of hyper-inflated coastal California property must have missed the memo on imminent catastrophe as evidenced by their ravenous desire for such property.

The science on climate change is no longer up for debate. Being a climate change denier is not a sign of a rebel or a maverick, it's just ignorance. 98% of climate scientists have concluded that it's real and is due largely to human influence. There is no global scientific conspiracy. There is no financial benefit to going against the most powerful industries/corporations in the world. It is happening and it's worse than anyone feared. Sticking your fingers in your ears and stomping your feet instead of facing facts is one step removed from evil as far as I'm concerned. There is no downside to supporting renewable energies, less greenhouse gas emission and more electric cars. Even if you don't fully buy into climate change why in the hell wouldn't you want to hedge your bets on the off chance that your children and children's children might anguish on a toxic planet?
