I say we turn one or two or the channel islands into a max security prison, as in Escape From New York, with a 30 foot wall around the perimiter, electric fence and no communications with the outside world. ship all known gang members there and patrol the surronding waters to eliminate any escapees. Or ship them off to Gitmo.

Then, bulldoze the run down gang infested areas and redevelop it into a CRA affordable housing area, where the good folks (most of whom lived there previously) can resume life peacefully.

That makes a lot of sense. Therefore it will never happen.

If the KKK didn't have the support of racist law enforcement of the south back in the day, their threat to blacks wouldv'e been minimal. As a matter of fact, even though they had the backing law enforcement in the state of Louisiana back when, they still were forced to change their underwear frequently while in the presence of a group of black toughs in Louisiana.

Worried about the wrong gangs?

Yes, I'd be worried about the *wrong* gangs too. It's important to find the RIGHT gang!

The most dangerous gangsters are politicians.

There really is just about no difference between politicians and organized crime.

The sooner people realize this, the better.
