I was just browsing investment listings and noticed quite a few commercial retail stores for sale on Pacific Blvd (all concentrated within three blocks from E Florence Ave.). It's rare to see these types of properties for sale on a busy street nowadays and downright shocking to see so many to choose from. It makes me think, "Something must be wrong. This looks like a mass seller exodus!"

Not to mention, many spaces available for rent on the street.

So what's going on? Are people not shopping on Pacific Blvd anymore? Are businesses suffering? Anyone who lives in the neighborhood want to chime in?

.

Can't say for sure. I do know that is one very low income area.
